BSpark Family Hub

Terms and Conditions

Version 1.0

1. Provider and purpose

These terms govern the use of the BSpark Family Hub family area and the booking of the art activities delivered at our centres in Málaga, Benalmádena and Madrid. Each centre is the provider of its own activity and its full tax details appear on the invoices you receive.

2. Registration and family account

The account must be created by the parent or legal guardian of the child, who confirms being of legal age and providing accurate information. Access credentials are personal; please tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. Families are responsible for keeping their contact details up to date.

3. Fees, payments and invoicing

Current fees and passes are shown in the family area before booking. Payments are processed through Stripe; we never store full card details. Monthly fees renew automatically until you request cancellation. We issue a sequentially numbered invoice for every payment, available in your family area. Teaching services for minors are VAT-exempt under article 20.One.9 of Spanish Act 37/1992, unless the invoice states otherwise.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid and does not entitle you to a refund of classes already made available, unless the centre was unable to deliver them. As these are leisure and education services provided on a specific date and place, the right of withdrawal in article 103 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 does not apply once the activity has started.

5. Attendance, absences and make-up classes

Absences notified at least 24 hours in advance, with fees up to date, generate a make-up credit that can be used in available places at the same centre during the current school year. Credits not used by the end of the year cannot be exchanged for money.

6. Calendar, holidays and cancellations

The school calendar, public holidays and closure periods are published in the family area. If the centre has to cancel a class for reasons beyond the family's control, an equivalent alternative or a make-up credit will be offered.

7. Safety and conduct

Families agree to respect drop-off and pick-up times and to inform us of allergies, intolerances or any specific needs of the child. The centre may suspend the service in the event of conduct that endangers other people, after informing the family.

8. Intellectual property

The platform contents, methodology and teaching materials belong to their owners. Artwork created by students belongs to the students; sharing it requires the separate image consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

9. Data protection

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Changes, applicable law and complaints

We may update these terms for legal or operational reasons, giving reasonable notice by email. The relationship is governed by Spanish and European law. You may send any complaint to the centre's contact email; official complaint forms and the consumer authorities of your region are also available to you.

The Spanish version of this document prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
